provides combined protection against damages caused by fruit pests and harsh climatic conditions. The net was developed and tested by Meteor, Israel's leading manufacturer of woven nets, in cooperation with the Israeli Ministry of Agriculture and the Volcani Agricultural Research Institute.

Insect Pest index

is applied over fruit trees, over vegetables or over flowers cultivated in open fields. For best results, Meteor recommends covering the entire fruit orchard or field ( roof and sides) by constructing a light net-house or a greenhouse to support the net over the crops.

Fruit-Flies

blocks penetration of fruit flies into the crops' environment. Applying Multi-Protect Net reduces the usage of chemicals. Damages of fruit-flies, birds and bats are almost completely avoided.

Damaging climatic condition

provides combined protection against climatic problems:

Over-exposure to sun radiation: The net significantly improves fruit quality by filtering-out damaging sun-rays and by avoiding sunburns.
Hail and Snow: The net completely blocks hail impact and thus protects crops from frost and breakage.
Wind and Frost: The net provides a wind-breaker reducing damages caused by sudden winds and frost, producing a calm micro-climate and better yield.
